Sameer Abu-Eisheh is a Distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering at An-Najah National University, Palestine. Born in 1960 in Nablus, Palestine, he received his Ph.D. with distinction from Pennsylvania State University, USA, in 1987, and also holds an M.Sc. from the same university and a B.Sc. from the University of Jordan in 1982.

With extensive experience in higher education and planning, Sameer has served as the President’s Assistant for Planning and Development, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at An-Najah National University. He has also been a visiting professor at various international universities, including the University of Washington Fulbright fellowship, Texas A&M University USA (UNDP fellowship), Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany (DAAD fellowship), Jülich Research Center, Germany (PGSB fellowship), and Lille University, France…More

Professor Allam Mousa is a distinguished researcher, academic, and leader with an impressive record of achievements. He holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, all with high honors. With over 28 years of research experience in radio frequency, wired and wireless communication systems, signal processing, and encryption, Professor Allam is an expert in his field. He also has extensive experience in areas such as quality assurance in higher education and institutional planning.
