Paolo Bottoni is a distinguished Full Professor of Computer Science at Sapienza University, known for his expertise in formal methods and model-driven development of software systems. He has a strong research interest in various areas, including multimedia applications for digital annotation and cultural heritage, formal language theory, and blockchains.

With over 200 publications to his name, Bottoni has made significant contributions to the field of computer science. He has actively participated in numerous national and international projects, showcasing his dedication to advancing research in his areas of expertise.
